Simon says communal bins must be decided by residents1.05.01pm UTC (GMT +0000) Tue 11th Dec 2007
Regency by-election candidate Simon Doyle is backing local residents over their concerns at large communal bins being imposed across the city centre. Simon is arguing that street referendums should be held, giving local people a real choice. He is working with the Lib Dem Councillors to ensure that the voice of residents is heard.
